This easy-to-read textbook was informative and made difficult topics very easy to digest. The book was a decent size, lightweight, and it shipped in time.
Gosh, I had to read this book for my class but hated it. It wasn't very educative and clear, just lots of articles that aren't easy to understand since they are not paired with explanations.
I needed this as a requirement for a college course. I was easily able to rent a pristine copy for the duration of my class for a fraction of the cost of purchasing one through school.
This book did not help whatsoever and I want to return it and want a refund
Much too philosophical and not very practical. Wanted something that dealt with behavior in professional environments.
